at arch of eyebrow to highlight- a pretty shimmery cream.
on eyelid- a lite sagey green. apply to the whole lid.
in the crease- a lavender or light purple.

i think aqua green looks lovely on green eyes especially wit blonde hair nd mayb some redish cherry lipgloss it wud stand out against ur fair complexion

actually any colors at all would look really nice on you. fair skin can take alot of nice colors.
I agree that any shade of purple is the way to go. If you're scared of making a bold statement, use a shimmery lilac, a purpley grey or even just a slick of purple eyeliner.
Although I've got dark hair, I've got pale skin and green eyes and it really does make my eyes look huge and the green really vivid.
I would suggested light and medium colours for blonde hair , green eyes and fair skin. Like white, green, purples, pinks, blue, peach, gold and brown colours. light shades but not to pale for daytime as it's the most natural colours to go for. It the evening you can use medium colours on their own or with light colours. i.e a light colour first and then a medium colour, of your choice like a brown and then a gold colour on top. you can also wear a glitter eye shadow on top of another colour or on it's own. The best thing is always experiment with eye shadows to find what one you like best
A very soft muted grayish green, such as a sage color.
Lavender. It's a complimentary color to green so it'll make your eyes pop. Don't go too dark of purple with your pale skin or you'll look like you have sunken eyes.
don't try anything too dark it would probably make you look cheap. But, I do reccomend something from mary kay any light pinks or even a glittery green to go with your eyes would probably be perfect for you!

well my daughter wears gold in the day and has smokey eyes when she is on a night out with friends, she has blonde hair and fair skin her eyes are blue but i dont think that will make a diffrence hope this helps
