Should she? Well that depends, but can you wear eyeline and eyeshadow at the same time, yes you can.





You just need to be careful on how much you apply and of what colors. Honestly, black eyeliner doesn't look natural but it's when people cake it on when it looks horrible. And eyeshadow, dont cake it on either. Put just enough on to give a hint of color, shimmer, sparkle...





I love those girls who wear rings of black liner around their eyes--they look so very fake and over processed with their powder drenched faces and racoon eyes. Then there're the ones who go so far overboard with the eyeshadow they look like clowns or some trashy street whore.

There is not a hidden law that says she's got to wear both at the same time. It's a matter of preference. Wearing both opens up the eyes.
i think girls should wear eyeliner and eyshadow at the same time, yeah. if they only wear eyeliner it looks kinda weird. wearing eyeshadow without eyeliner is okay though. just dont't wear eyeliner alone.
yep definately.just have one stronger than the other and make sure they coordinate.

I do, but it depends on the look they are going for. Sometimes eyeliner can be too harsh, and wearing eyeshadow alone can look more natural.

Nothing wrong with wearing BOTH at the same time, nothing wrong with wearing them individually either. Just depends on the look you're trying to achive. During the day I like to wear just a soft, liquid liner, and when I go out in the evening I wear eye shadow and liner.

yes but you should always follow the rule that if you go heavy on the eyes go light on the lips, and if you go heavy on the lips, go light on the eyes :) otherwise, you'll look like a clown

Mac Cosmetics is the best for it.. : D I use that and their primp and prime for my eyelids too before putting on my eyeshadow. ;P

yeah i think eyeshadow without eyeliner doesnt look nice and you could always add mascara but mascara ist a total needed
yah but i jus like wearing liner and macra sometimes to so it more femine and not teenish but eyeshadow with it is nice but stick to neatrels if ur gonna wear bright greens and blue dont wear liner.
Sure why not. A light eyeshadow with dark eyeliner is smoking hot! I don't like eyeshadow that much. Plain eyeliner is already sexy enough.
