Perhaps a year ago, I saw an article in seventeen magazine featuring a picture of a girl wearing teal and lavender eyeshadow. one color was on her bottom lid, the other on her top lid. The article had guidelines on other colors, but mainly I wasnt sure if the darker color went on the bottom or top.
