if you have blue eyes, then you would wanna bring those eyes out, with different shades of dark blue or green shadows,and you can make it dramatic using a brown or black eye pencil on top.


also, try any pastel colors or colors with a cool tone to it

either a peach or pale silver on your brow bone, and then a medium blue, rich brown, or light purple shade on you lid. Any of those combos would look great! heyy i am also pale with blondish brown hair and blue eyes. eyeshadow, probably a pale pink or light brown but definately not blue. also i'd go with coppery brown eyeline. hope i helped =]
I recommend any shades of gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. It'll bring out your eyes :) and light purple is flattering for blondes. Hope this helped :)
Okay-- well first off, you have softer features sounds like-- so the last thing you want to do is go overboard with darker make up or harsh anything.





Eyes: I suggest maybe a dark brown eyeshadow-- DON'T go overboard with this color.. Put it on lightly. If you want to wear eyeliner I suggest brown pencil- liquid may look harsh. Especially if you can't do a thin line.





Skin: Any light, natural blush will look good. And if you have dark under eye circles- cover them because they're bound to stand out against light skin and light eyes.





Lips: Any light lip color: salmon, pink rose, beige...etc.. All of those will flatter you. =]
