Eyeshadow for a 13 year old girl?

how should i do it....what are your suggestions....i just want to know what ppl would sayEyeshadow for a 13 year old girl?

Just ask your mom for advice. My only advice is don't put a pound of makeup on, just a little is ok, but do not over do it, or you will be frowned upon. Good luck.

If you're going to wear makeup make sure it's a flesh tone. Don't push crazy colored eye shadow on like purple, blue or red. Keep it simple.
for starters, go natural and dont over due it, maybe just to ur crease. go for a few shades darker than ur skin tone
I would not recommend any eyeshadow right now as it will damage your skin. When you grow older, you'll notice the girls that wear eyeshadow around your age looks like they have lines and wrinkles around their eyes. Don't ruin your skin at an early age. Just be natural.
eyeshadow no. but a little mascara, eyeliner, and even a natural colored lip gloss or balm would be ok. That seems to be what my niece and her friends are wearing and they are all 13 or 14.

very thin layer of a light colored eyeshadow...a natural type, maybe a tanish color or an extremely light green or blue...nothing heavy or dark....very little mascarra and very little eyeliner....both of those a light brown perhaps.
whatever you do, be careful. Eyeshadow done the wrong way can make you look like a monster.
I don't know, I've never worn makeup, but I can say that you should go natural like everyone else has said.

if you have brown eyes green shadow is the best for you. if you have blue eyes, use purple or gold. if you have green eyes, also use purple. dont use alot, though- it gives strangers a bad impression of a 13 year old girl.

Hmm, I wouldn't use eyeshoadow at thirteen, but if you wanted to, stores like Limited Too etc. carry make-up for young teens like yourself. When I use eyeshadow, I never use the sponge applicator, use a quality brush and brush it over the crease of your eye and in the inner corner of your eye. But still, i wouldn't recommend it yet for a 13 year old. :]
just find a colour that suits you and put it on your eyelids... cant make it much clearer than that.

If you look like a 13 year old don't wear any shadow. If you look older then experiment with some very muted shades. Stay away from baby blues tho because that makes everyone look like they don't know what they are doing.
I suggest waiting at least 2 years before putting on eye shadow. No matter what company you use, it will still ruin your skin. And being 13 is way too young to start makeup. Have you thought of wearing eye liner instead? I would recommend that for a 13 year old.





But..if you insist on wearing it, then wear a shade thats natural (close to your skin colour) and put only a bit of it on.
Use neutral colors, like your skin tone colors, but I agree with the first person, don't use eye shadow yet, use mascera and eyeliner, just don't put too much on...
Something more natural. Like browns and other nuetrals. Nothing drastic. Definitely something natural looking!
Not a lot for sure. Try not to over do it, use a light shade that is only a bit darker than your natural skin tone. But using eyeliner and mascara is a good idea.
i think a nude base with black works really well....but be sure to blend well...
go to a dept store in the mall like macys and ask if theyll show you how to do your makeup. make sure you say ur 13 and you dont plan on buying something and u just came to see how 2 do makeup.
some ppl in mi grade go really outrageous wit eyeshadow and stuff so do anything jus be ur self
just use eyeshadow and mascara. and if you really want to go wild try eyeliner but first practice it. thats what i did.
