Can someone tell me how to put on the tropical fusion by cover girl. I have seen the eye on the back of magazines that advertises it. If someone could send me that it would be great! ThanksCover Girl-Tropical Fusion eyeshadow!?
umm.. usually there is like instructions on the back. but i don';t really know. juslookok at the pics of thgirllr wearing it.
