and you apply it with your eyeshadow applyer thingy that you get with it. then use finger to mix it or a eyeshadow brush

go to a make up place ask them or ask someone who frequently wears eyeshadow and looks good wearing it. otherwise apply some to your lid but dont go all the way to your eyebrow oor anything just wear your crease of your eye is and that should be good also if your gonna go with the brighter colors dont apply very heavily cause you can run the risk of looking like a prostitute hope that helps...
well ive never tried mascara on,but i do wear makeup and all i can say is try ur best cuz no 1 can actually tell u how to what u want or r gonna do. experiancing with meakup,omg,dont worry,if u make a mistake then try again,nobodys perfect,and remember it only ur fierst try. But b carefull,dont over do it,bye. tell me if it helps.
i have that to , its fun to play around with , i personally take the dark blue and put it on my eyelid , then over the dark blue i put the lighter blue , followed by the orange and on my brow line the yellow
