i think u should tell them mental.Guys : what do u think of girls that wear really colorful eyeshadow like this? video inside?
... whooaa, that's a lot of work!

looks kinda hot tho ... alluring and provocative

I'd think they were *maybe* too concerned about

appearances even *if* that appearance looks good

dunno .. tough question ... I might find myself wondering

how comfortable they'd feel about kissing if it would

mess up the makeup ... (just a passing thought)

but it really does look pretty
im not a guy =], but i think that some guys would like it and some wouldnt, its just what taste they have in chicks. like, my husband wouldnt like it at all, but i have some guy friends that would love it.
I think its cute,

i like that song by the used in the video also i caught fire is good too.
It looks great if you're going out somewhere but as a -morning- routine? I so wouldn't. She can pull it off easy because she has this moxie I get about her but I think any other girl might look like a hooker. :3
im not a guy but i love it and that's how do my make how most of the time:)is that you?shes really pretty%26lt;3
i wear colorful eyeshadow as well. i think they're cool.
Depends a lot on the person, I think on some girls it looks cute on others not so cute.
It's cute for the right occasion. I'd say lighter less bold shades for the day-time.
too much - there are ways to use color and be fun without overdoing it and still looking natural and tasteful
it's alright
ummm, no. dont like it.

Girls i need help...(eyeshadow colors)?

what eyeshadow colors go really well with hazel eyes?

my eyes are kinda like this:

http://www.wonderquest.com/2007-03-19-go鈥?/a>Girls i need help...(eyeshadow colors)?
my eyes are the same way:)

golds, browns, and maybe greens and purples, but not too heavy or bright, because doing that risks you looking like uhhh, trailer trash. Girls i need help...(eyeshadow colors)?
GREEN or HAZEL EYES

1. Tried and True: brown, apricot, purple, plum, deep khaki or forest green (because they are in the same greenish family, they brighten green eyes)

2. Funky Favorites: gold, glowing, lime-green, really light green, bright purple (super modern) :]
Dark brown. Greeen. Or a plumish color, Purple.
brown, apricot, plum, green.

Maybe a warm brown color.
Green or purple.
brown with dark green. my sister has the same color eyes and it looks great on her
greens, purples, or even blues!! hope that helps! :)

Girls wat do u put on first eyelinr eyeshadow or mascara?

put in orderGirls wat do u put on first eyelinr eyeshadow or mascara?
First put on the eye shadow all over as a base. Then eyeliner to make your eyes stand out. Then a darker eye shadow over your liner so the eye liner doesn't end up on your eye lids. Then curl lashes and put on mascara.Girls wat do u put on first eyelinr eyeshadow or mascara?
I used to do liner, shadow, then mascara. I read it was better to do shadow before liner, so I switched that up. THEN I read it was better to do mascara first to make it easier to fix mistakes. So now I do:

Mascara

Shadow

Liner

It's worked a lot better that way. If I fudge on the mascara, I can fix it without having to redo the shadow and the liner.
eyeshadow then eyeliner then mascara

because?

if you put eyeliner on first the eyeshadow will cover and smear it

if you put mascara first it will get in your way when you're trying to put eyeliner on and the eyeshadow will get on your lashes and you'd have to put more on
eyeshadow, then mascara, i dont wear eyeliner, but if u do, then to it very last, because the eyeshadow will cover it up...

and the mascara, it doesnt really matter...
I have ALWAYS put on my eyeshadow, eyeliner, then mascara...it seems to work a lot better with a lot less smudging mistakes.
1) Eyeshadow

2) Eyeliner

3) Mascara
i go eyeshadow, curls lashes, mascara, curl again, then eyeliner!!
eyeliner then eyeshadow, and i dont wear mascara except on rare occasions but it would go last
shadow, mascara, liner
liner, shadow, mascara
Eye Liner

Eye Shadow

Mascara

Then I touch my eye liner up that I just messed up because of the mascara!
eye shadow eye liner mascara
I do eyeshadow, mascara, and then eyeliner :]

eyeshadow, eyeliner, then mascara.

:)
eyeshadow mascara then eyeliner! YAY!! hEHH
eyeshadow eyelinear and then mascara
eyeliner , eyeshadow then mascara

It depends for me. Mascara is always last though

i want to learn how to do smokey eyes but I'm not sure what items i need to use. So...eyeshadow, blend, eyeliner %26amp; mascara are all i need, right ? i just wanna know if i put one color on my eye then the 2nd color do i have to use another brush to put on the 2nd color or use the same one. do u know what im talking about?

i just wanted to know if they use only one brush to blend their eyeshadow or u need to get another brush to apply the 2nd color. Girls. plz help about eyeshadow
you onle need one brush, u can start withthe lighter coloure then go to the darkest one, so u dont missed up the coloursGirls. plz help about eyeshadow
Watch this video. It tells you what you need and how to apply it. Good luck. Love, Zahir

    http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-create-a-smoky-eye-effect
you can use the same brush

they have these kits at sephora that give you everything you need and instructions for all kinds of makeup

the one for smokey eye is here

    Watch a video.

Don't worry - you don't necessarily need to have a separate brush to apply a separate color. If you choose to only use one brush - just be sure to wipe off the previous color! You'd be surprised how much eyeshadow those bristles can hold onto!

I wipe my brush (like a windshield wiper) back %26amp; forth across a paper towel until I can't see any of the previous color. If your first color was a lighter shade - you can probably skip this step altogether.

Now, depending on the type (or shape) of brush that you're using - you'll get different results. Flat, stiff brushes will deposit a lot of color all in one area. A rounded, soft brush will deposit color, but it will also give you better blending ability.

Personally, I like to use a flat brush to apply the colors first - then, I use a rounded brush to blend, blend, blend!

Above all - have fun! There are thousands %26amp; thousands of different combinations that you can choose from. I've also found some very helpful ';smokey eye'; videos on YouTube that you may want to check out!

I also added the website for a cosmetics site that I've recently found: Jesse's Girl. It has really great stuff! 'Especially for eyes! Their eye dusts are very similar to Bare Escentuals eye minerals.

    Good luck, gorgeous! ;o)

    Eyeshadow question for Asian girls?

I'm trying to help an Asian friend of mine pick out a good eyeshadow color. She wants to make her eyes look bigger, but has been wearing dark shadow. I'm trying to convince her that a light, shimmery shadow is the way to go, so any color suggestions would be great!

Any help appreciated!!Eyeshadow question for Asian girls?
.I'm asian. You can check my weeding pic for eye makeup tips. It might help you. my beautician made my eyes look really bigEyeshadow question for Asian girls?
    olive green
A little liquid liner on the top eyelid only will open up the eye, espeically if paired with a light white shimmery powder. If she wants to deepen the eye, she could apply a darker shadow to the crease. :)
if she wants to make her eyes look bigger she should wear a white eyeliner on the inside of her lower eyelid. thats what tyra banks does.

coz she is asian i m guessing her eyecolor is probably hazel or dark brown. she can wear pink, lavender or light golden brown eyeshadow. that will compliment her eyecolor.
blue, I love it when girl wear blue eyeshadow!
well why not choose great brown color, you can pick two of them ,but they have to have in same family. so put the light one on,and make it think and big,and then take the dark one and make a line where you stoped the light one on,then take mascara, and put black(curled,if you want) and put concealer on your eyes,to hide the horrid baggy eyes, and puff it with powder! where you put concealer, and now put mascar on bottom, just a little!
white eyeliner and silver shadow with lenghthining mascara, preferably dark brown.
    Pink
try a shimmer gold color almost the color of bronzer!! it will be cute!!
    HINT O MINT!!!!!!!!

Girls out there when applying eyeshadow say one colour I apply the whole lid or what ? what about three colour

When just applying one color, do it all over your lid. When applying three colors, apply one to your lid, one to your creases, and one from your creases to your brow.Girls out there when applying eyeshadow say one colour I apply the whole lid or what ? what about three colour
When applying one color, use it on your whole eyelid.

    If you're doing three colors-

Use the darkest color in the crease of your eyelid, the lightest color on the browbone, and the mid-tone color on the eyelid.Girls out there when applying eyeshadow say one colour I apply the whole lid or what ? what about three colour
I usually do three colors: a lid color (which I'm careful NOT to put all the way to the inside corner of my eye), a lighter accent color above that (going not quite halfway from my lid to my brow), and a highlight color like a pearly white (from where the accent color stops to my brow). I also like to put a little bit of the highlight color on the inside corner of my eye.

When I wear just one color, I apply it almost the same way that I apply the three colors. Darkest on my lid avoiding the inside corner of my eye. Lighter above that as an accent. And barely there above that as my highlight. I DON'T put any color at the inside corner of my eye.
when applying one colour, just do it across the lid and i think u shud also do it up to the crease aswell 2 look nice.

when applying 3 shades, u apply the lightest all over the eyelid and up to the eyebrown. the mid shade goes across the lid and just above the crease. finally, the 3rd/darkest colour, u apply on the outa third and then blend inwards
I wear a color that contrasts with my eye color [my eyes are green so I use a purple color.] right along the lashes. This makes my eyes color stand out. Then I have this translucent, shimmery off whitecolor that I put on the rest of my eye lid, so it's not as dark.

You want to to accentuate, but now be completely obvious that you have makeup one.
During the day I line my eyes with green and do a super light sand color on the lid to make them pop...but at night I do three colors. several people have described it well.
the best way to do it is to use 2 or 3 colors. you put the first one only on the bottom lid, so that when you open your eyes you cant see it, and the second color that is a little lighter then the one you just put, at the very top, below your eyebrows all over the lid (above the other eyeshadow)

when you put three colors put the third one one the side (closer to your hair)
Single color, apply from lashes to brow bone. I never wear 3 colors during the day - it's just too much makeup. I wear one color from lash to brow bone then use a medium color as an eyeliner on top lid just at eyelashes and on bottom lid from outer corner to about middle or just slightly past it. Blend, blend, blend. That's a nice look for day-time. I also sometimes use one color from lash to brow bone (light pink or beige) then a slightly darker color (lavendar, tan) on my eyelid and blend it. Makes you look awake and alert even when you aren't.

Girls can you tell me which eyeshadow colour should i use?

i HAVE DARK BROWN HAIR , NEARLY BLACK

I HAVE BROWN EYES AND HAVE A OLIVE SKINTONE as it is by birthday and i want to wear some make up to school

plus do you have any ideas for make up for school

shouldnt be too much just light that will make my eyes stand out for school as people say my eyes are the main focus of my face thanksGirls can you tell me which eyeshadow colour should i use?
Try a faint dusting of a gold toned shadow, and follow with a bronze eyeliner. You probably don't need mascara, but be sure to curl your lashes, you can try a clear mascara. Remember less is more, especially if you are young.

Happy Birthday!Girls can you tell me which eyeshadow colour should i use?
this would be the best tips i can give you:

    1. only wear light make up when you go to school because if you wear too much, it would make you look like as if your going to a rocking concert

    2. the best eyeshadow for you would be light blue and use light pink for your cheeks. i can tell because we both have the same hair color, color of our eyes and skintone

    3. for the last touch, i would recommend you using lipgloss to give your lips a shine

    hope it helps =D

Black always is a classic and looks great, but my taste in makeup is very intense and exotic. I like Turquioses on my eye personally, because it brings the brown out! Make sure its colored eyeliner though becuase it goes on well and stays for a while. But if you dont like blue, Greens and Purples look awesome and Copper colors. Just experiment with color eyeliners and you will surely find what you are looking for!
Do a golden bronzer for your skin tone to bring out your tone. For your eyes, do the covergirl gold shadows. They have a dark brown for the base, a shimmer bronz for the crease and a gold for the brow. It will really bring out the brown highlights in your eyes. I know that's hard to see, but it works.
i think you should not go with something so bold since it is school. i think you should go with a soft green or blue. don't try to make it look runway-eske, but since you want your eyes to stand out, and you have nearly black hair i think green would go perfectly!

    oh, and happy birthday!
umm. wear like a brown color.

but umm, if your young i would say dont do eyeshadow, it makes you look really young.
You could do sort of a dark green to accent your olive skin tone. You could also do a natural color, like brown. That would accent your eyes.
Oh, my God! Like, for sure, one that doesn't make you look, you know, like a totally gnarly ****.
We've got the same features, plums/purples always make my eyes stand out. Lots of mascara and keep the rest of your makeup really simple.

    Happy Birthday!!
some goldy bronze on lid, dark brown eyeshadow along lash line top and bottom, mascara.
eyeshadow is UGLY. and if it's your first time wearing make-up you won't be able to put it on right.

    just wear eyeliner.
    Maybe bronze? Or purple even?

If you put on eyeliner that will help your eyes stand out more.
    aww happy birthday. =]

try a gold shimmer..with some purple in the crease of your eye.
try a gold glitter it will complement your skin tone go well with your hair colour.
