What type of eyeshadow and lip gloss/ lip stick color should i wear with a blue dress?

ok, here's what my prom dress color looks like, its exactly like this, shiny silk gown ( i have silver shoes cause the dress has silver design)

since the color of the dress is pretty bright, I suggest not going TOO crazy on the lip gloss/ eye shadow colors.





I suggest a really fine white/ light airy silver eyeshadow, sprinkled to just below the crease of the eyelid, and on the inside corners of the eyes. also, i suggest some white eye liner around the eyes.





as for the lip gloss, a light pink rose colored gloss will be perfection!!

4 prom, wear a smokey-grayish-blackish eye, with the whole deal of eyeliner and all of that stuff, and then just a regular lipgloss, no lipstick, because if u eat something it will get all smeared.
Well make-up should match your coloring, not your clothing. But I suppose blue eyeshadow wouldn't be hideous if you can normally pull it off.

maybe a light silver shadow or a grey-themed eye: smokey, lined, etc. with bronzer and pink gloss. pretty!
