Can you make lip gloss with eyeshadow pigments?

I would love to know can you make lip gloss with pigments. If you can I would love to know how to make it.Can you make lip gloss with eyeshadow pigments?
I know it sounds easy to just say, ';Mix clear lip gloss with the eyeshadow pigments.'; and expect it to work. If you're looking to make a clear lip gloss with subtle hints of colour, then that'll work. But if you want full on, colored lip gloss, you'd be better off with a different method.

Light a small tea candle. Take a knife and swipe a few chunks of Vaseline or clear lip gloss into a metal spoon, along with your eyeshadow pigments and a some lipstick that matches the color of your pigments. Put everything into the spoon, hold it over the candle, and wait for it to melt. While it's melting, take a toothpick or something of the sort to mix it all together. Then you can just pour all your goodness into a small lip compact and wait for it to ferment. Can you make lip gloss with eyeshadow pigments?
Yeah I just made lipgloss then!

All you do is have a small empty lipgloss pot, vaseline and some eyeshadow... color of your choice.

Fill the lipgloss pot with vaseline and with a nail file or spoon or anything mix it up. You can also apply other lipglosses and even sparkles/glitter to it! Thats what I did.

Vaseline makes awesome lipgloss and I had fun making it!
yes, add vaseline or a clear lip gloss to it and mix it with a little brush until you get the amount of colour you want.
