GIRLS!!! What's the Best Eyeshadow Color for Brown Eyes???

i have dark brown eyes. i wear black eyeliner and black mascara. i just want a nice color to it. i've read purple is good. is that true? which colors are safe for everyday? i'm gonna be wearing different colored uniform shirts and jeans to school. so would it be weird for me to be wearing a yellow shirt with (purple) eyeshadow?

i think that all bright and some bold colors look great.om me everybody loves purple, a bright but bold one.and yes its ok to wear a yellow shirt and purple i do it all the time.i dont wear my eyeshadows to match my clothes and its fine.dont want to be perfect.....GIRLS!!! Eh, the whole black eyeliner thing for brown eyes is not good. A dark brown is great though. Black is way to harsh for dark eyes, and if not done correctly it leaves little raccoon circles.Just apply the brown liner to the top lid only though. But on to the question. Different shades of purple and plum are fantastic for dark eyes. I had a client with a bright yellow dress once, she had beautiful brown/black eyes. I used a dark teal on her eyes and it looked amazing. Accent and finish off your eyes with a little mascara. If your eyes are dramatic then get a light lip color. Hope this helped.
I think that's kind of tacky I have dark brown eyes and wear black eyeliner and sometimes mascara but I don't really wear eyeshadow but think a little bit of pink (really thin layer so it looks sheer) would be okay.!
